Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your Maintenance Solutions provides property maintenance and renovation services. As we provide services rather than physical products, the following applies.
Quotes and bookings
All work is carried out based on a quote or agreement provided before work begins. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate you.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to have the issue remedied. Where a failure is major, you may be entitled to a refund or compensation. Where a failure can be fixed, we will resolve it within a reasonable time at no additional cost to you.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
